Terms of Use

These terms apply to Aesto Wallpaper ("Aesto"), made by Okan Dogu Budak (doguapps). By using Aesto you agree to them and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/).
Using Aesto
Aesto gives you wallpapers and stickers for personal use on your own devices. You may not resell, redistribute or publish them as your own collection.
Aesto Pro
Aesto Pro is a one-time purchase through the App Store. It removes ads and waiting and unlocks the Pro tools. It is not a subscription. Purchases are handled by Apple; refunds follow Apple's refund policy (reportaproblem.apple.com). You can restore Aesto Pro on your other devices with the same Apple Account from Profile > Restore Purchases.
Aesto Coins
Aesto Coins are used to make AI wallpapers and stickers and to unlock single Pro wallpapers. Coins can be bought in the app, earned by inviting friends or when people download wallpapers you shared to the Community, or received as a gift with Aesto Pro. Watching a rewarded ad can unlock a single Pro wallpaper; ads never give coins. Coins have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred. They belong to your Aesto account: without signing in that is this installation of the app; if you sign in with Apple they come with you to a new phone. If a creation fails, its coins are returned automatically.
AI creations
You may use the wallpapers and stickers you make for personal use. You must not ask for content that is illegal, sexual, hateful, violent or that harasses others; requests like these are refused. If you include trademarks, characters, artwork or a real person's likeness, you are responsible for having the right to use them. Results come from an AI model and may sometimes be unexpected; I do not guarantee any specific result.
Community
You can share wallpapers you made with Aesto to the public Community feed under a creator name you choose. Your creator name and shared wallpapers are visible to everyone who uses Aesto.
There is zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You must not share or choose a creator name that is sexual, hateful, violent, harassing, illegal, or that uses trademarks, characters, artwork or a real person's likeness without permission. Every shared wallpaper is checked automatically and reviewed before it appears.
You can report any Community wallpaper and block its creator from the menu under the creator name. Blocked creators' wallpapers are hidden from you right away. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours: content that breaks these terms is removed, and users who share it lose access to the Community and AI features.
By sharing, you confirm the wallpaper is yours to share and you allow Aesto to show it in the app and let other users download it for personal use. Coins earned from downloads are limited per day and may be withheld when downloads look automated. You can delete your shared wallpapers by deleting your account.
Availability
I work to keep Aesto running, but features, wallpapers and AI models may change, and the service may be unavailable at times. Aesto is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows.
Changes
I may update these terms. The current version is always on this page with its effective date.
