Common questions

How do I set a wallpaper?
Tap Get to save it to Photos. Then open Photos, choose the image, tap Share > Use as Wallpaper.

How do I add a sticker widget?
Save a sticker in Categories > Sticker. Touch and hold your Home Screen, tap Edit > Add Widget, find Aesto and add Aesto Sticker. Touch and hold the widget, tap Edit Widget and choose your sticker. For two different stickers, add the widget twice.

I bought Aesto Pro but it is not active.
Open Profile > Restore Purchases while signed in to the same Apple Account you used to buy it.

Where did my Aesto Coins go?
If you signed in with Apple, sign in again from Profile > Account and your coins come back. Without signing in, coins stay with the old installation; write to me with its anonymous ID if you still have it, and I will look into it.

I want a refund.
App Store purchases are refunded by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com

How do I delete my data?
Open Profile > Account > Delete Account. Your coins, AI creations, Community wallpapers and history are deleted. Aesto Pro stays with your Apple Account and can be restored. You can also write to contact@doguapps.com.
